Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on custom packaging samples within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. For defective or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
Process
- Contact our support at info@ecovistapackaging.com.au with your order number.
- Provide photos of the item and reason for return.
- We will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
